im 14 and i get really bad cramps i haven't started this month but i getting them really bad and im sick of it. help please

Answer:Ugh I feel your pain, I am 20 but my first day is always horrible. I usually take Pamprin pills, they work. And I sleep it off…when I was your age I used to sleep on my tummy…but these days that doesn't even seem to work. Go to a pharmacist they have all sorts of drugs for this, they might have specific drugs for those who have just started their period.
