My family thinks I

I'm 5'10 and 134 pounds. Beginning of the summer, I use to weigh 155-160 pounds and i felt fat. Especially compared to my sisters who were always smaller than me but older. My family always called me fat so I started to believe it. I started eating 1 meal a day or nothing atall. Fainted a few times but now I'm finally skinnier than both my sisters. But I'm still not happy. I cnt fit into any of my jeans and i look gross but for some reason I'm so scared to gain the weight back. And I still feel fat. My life is out of control and i feel my weight is the only control I have idk its weird. Now my parents are complaining how skinny I am and its like their never satisfied .. but neither am I. Are these signs of a anorexic person? I don't think I'm anorexic. I don't know whats wrong or what to do! I just want to be happy with myself again.


Answer:just hit a healthy weight. ignore your family chances are they are just jealous because you look better than them. its really not healthy to lose that much weight in so little time. just do it naturally (aka EAT while you do it) and hit a healthy weight

Answer:You're the definition of anorexic. You're purposefully causing long term damage to your body to lose weight in an unhealthy way. You need counseling.

Fainting from starvation is like overdosing on heroin. It's the surest sign you have a serious problem.


Answer:you do sound very much anorexic. never starve yourself. you cannot lose weight if you do not eat, at least not in a healty way. and you're not fat. you need to learn to love yourself, otherwise other people will not. people treat you how you treat yourself. just remember you cannot always please others.

Answer:Exercise, weight training, nutrition. Put a little bit of muscle on your frame and you will start to look and feel better. It doesn't even have to be a lot of muscle, a little bit goes a long way.

If you think you may be anorexic, you should see your doctor!!!

Next, you need to find somebody reliable to talk to like an older woman or doctor. You are very tall and I think your weight is probably healthy based on the information you gave.

Answer:Same exact thing happened to me last summer. I think it's normal to lose weight in the summer (more activity to do in the sunshine!) I dropped weight cause my boyfriend of 2 years cheated on me, but even before that, every summer i'd drop weight. Brace weight lose as long as it's healthy.

Answer:Try eating two meals per day.
