I've heard someone say their gonna get hot flashes if they see a "certain person" and im really not sure what hot flashes are!

Answer:When you get really hot and feel like your going to pass out.Make sure you drink a lot of water or get shade because you might actually pass out.Just eat hot foods, it's way better than cold I heard.
