i am 15 years old and i have have the same size boobs for years (32A) and im really self conscious about them. im 120 pounds and im 5'7''. i want to know if they are ever going to grow. all my friends have big boobs and i feel like im always going to be flat chested and i dont want to be. please give me advice!

The size and shape of your breasts depend mostly on the amount of fatty tissue they have. The more fat in the breast, the larger the breast will look. The major factor in the size of your breasts is heredity. (You can inherit from both sides of your family–don't just look at your mom). Weight or height has less to do with it.

change your diet, take butter, ghee, cheese, milk, wheat, barly, banana, ( (white colour foods & vegitables).

avoid sore & bitter taste foods for some times.

massage castred oil on breast slightly.

You sound well-proportioned and nice, from what you describe.

If you can be wise and not care if someone (or everybody) else has bigger breasts, then it is perfect.
