How do u get rid of period cramps?

im 14 and i get really bad cramps i haven't started this month but i getting them really bad and im sick of it. help please
Answer:-painkillers
-hot bath
-exercise
-water
-heat of any kind on your stomach
-try rubbing your stomach lightly
-sleep
-hot tea
